Parvan Rusinov

Managing partner of Kirilov & Rusinov, a Sofia boutique that describes itself as one of the few Bulgarian law offices highly specialised in gambling, with work since 2012 on licensing of B2C and B2B providers, type approval and testing of gaming equipment, and liaison with regulators and industry bodies. His firm bio cites more than twenty years in technology, media and telecoms, gaming, payments, competition and M&A, and almost three years as Bulgarian deputy minister for e-government, information technology and telecommunications. He co-authored the Legal 500 country comparative guide on Bulgarian gambling law published in October 2025 with co-managing partner Nayden Kirilov.
