SPA (Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas) is the Brazilian Ministry of Finance agency administering the regulated online gambling framework under Law 14.790/2023. Effective 1 January 2025, the framework grants five-year authorisations at a BRL 30M (~USD 5.5M) fee covering up to three brands. The SPA portal listed 87 authorised operators on 1 July 2026; new authorisation rules were under consultation until 9 September 2026.
