What will this gambling licence cost over three years?

Pick a jurisdiction and licence type, enter projected gross gaming yield, and get regulator fees and gaming tax for years 1–3 with every formula shown. Capital you must hold is listed separately, never added to fees. Figures without a source are excluded and listed as unknowns. Your inputs stay in this browser tab — nothing is stored or sent.

Yield = stakes minus winnings paid, before any cost. Years 2–3 default to year 1.

What this calculator does and does not do

  • In: regulator fees for the chosen licence type (application, annual/renewal bands, per-term authorisations spread over the term) and yield-based gaming tax with bands and caps, from claims with a source and an effective date.
  • Separately: share capital, bonds, guarantees — shown as locked capital, never summed into fees.
  • Out, on purpose: corporate income tax (needs a profit margin), player-side taxes, adviser and corporate-service packages, testing labs, banking and PSP reserves, and anything whose claim is still "needs review". Each exclusion is listed under the result so the gap is visible.
  • Scenarios: low and high recompute everything at 70% and 130% of your yield — an assumption, not a forecast.
  • Currency: results are in the licence's own currency; the optional conversion uses ECB reference rates of 2 September 2026 and is for orientation only.
