Definition
The Curaçao Gaming Control Board administers gambling licensing under the Landsverordening op de Kansspelen (LOK), effective September 2023. The LOK reform replaced the prior master/sub-licence model with direct CGCB licensing, raised the substance bar, aligned AML with FATF standards, and increased annual fees from ~USD 10-20k to ~USD 67k.
