Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA)
Curaçao gambling regulator under the LOK (in force 24 December 2024) — issues direct B2C and B2B licences.
Definition
The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) administers gambling licensing under the Landsverordening op de Kansspelen (LOK), in force since 24 December 2024. It succeeded the Gaming Control Board and the four private master licence-holders: operators now hold direct CGA licences in separate B2C (~EUR 47,450/yr) and B2B (~EUR 24,490/yr) categories, with a raised substance bar and FATF-aligned AML. Application fee is EUR 4,592 per licence.
