Definition
HAMPI is the Estonian Tax and Customs Board's register of people who have restricted their own gambling. Under the Gambling Act a remote gambling operator must run an electronic reporting and control system connected to the EMTA and to this register, and refuse play to anyone on it; the connection is a condition of the remote operating permit.
