The Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission regulates online gambling under the Online Gambling Regulation Act 2001. The IoM was the first major Tier 1 jurisdiction with an explicit crypto-currency gambling-operator framework, introduced in 2017 and substantially updated in 2025.
