The Landsverordening op de Kansspelen (LOK) is Curaçao's gambling-licensing reform, adopted in 2023 and in force since 24 December 2024. It replaced the multi-decade master/sub-licence model with direct licensing by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) in separate B2C (~EUR 47,450/yr) and B2B (~EUR 24,490/yr) categories, raised the substance bar, and aligned AML with FATF standards.
