Mandatory 5% of GGR contribution by MGA B2C licensees to the Players Protection Fund.

MGA B2C licensees pay a 5% compliance contribution on monthly Gross Gaming Revenue to the MGA Players Protection Fund. The fund's primary purpose is to compensate players in operator-insolvency scenarios.
