What this calculator does and does not do
- In: regulator fees for the chosen licence type (application, annual/renewal bands, per-term authorisations spread over the term) and yield-based gaming tax with bands and caps, from claims with a source and an effective date.
- Separately: share capital, bonds, guarantees — shown as locked capital, never summed into fees.
- Out, on purpose: corporate income tax (needs a profit margin), player-side taxes, adviser and corporate-service packages, testing labs, banking and PSP reserves, and anything whose claim is still "needs review". Each exclusion is listed under the result so the gap is visible.
- Scenarios: low and high recompute everything at 70% and 130% of your yield — an assumption, not a forecast.
- Currency: results are in the licence's own currency; the optional conversion uses ECB reference rates of 2 September 2026 and is for orientation only.
